Rick has practiced as a lawyer in British Columbia since 1982, predominantly in the areas of real estate and corporate and commercial transactions. He has been involved in real estate in various ways, acting for a large number of creative real estate investors as well as traditional buyers, sellers, investors, syndicators, and developers. Rick has extensive experience in setting up and acting for mortgage investment corporations, and acts for numerous borrowers and private lenders. A trusted leader in his field, Richard has been invited to share his expertise at many notable real estate investment presentations, including Ozzie and Ralph’s Real Estate Action Group.

Evan Drygas

Evan is passionate about real estate and practices in a number of areas including commercial and residential real estate, corporate, and estate planning. After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Thompson Rivers University, Evan articled and practiced at a well established law firm in North Vancouver before joining Richard Ledding Law Corporation. Evan often assists real estate investors with creative and complex real estate transactions. Outside of the office, Evan lives in Squamish and enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and young children.

Clint Ledding
Lawyer - Partner
Clint has been working at the firm for many years in various positions as he completed his undergraduate degree and law degree. After graduating from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law he rejoined the firm as an articling student until his call to the bar in 2022. Clint works in real estate, corporate, commercial, and wills and estates law, and enjoys getting to work closely on all of these matters with his colleagues at the firm to form creative and practical solutions for his clients. Outside of work Clint follows his passions in music, reading, and spending time with those close to him.
